Hi,my friend has reinstalled his os,after he installed his ra2,he was trying to get into the xwis server,but every time when he click quick match or custom match,it went back the the upper-level menu,which is the "internet".after a few times,he went into the registry file and enter the serial number manually,that worked.but about 2 days later,when he was connecting to the xwis server,it says your account is not available.it seems it's been locked.can you tell me why this happened?and how we can solve the problem?thx!
