.shp files are actually very teadious! Will made a shp builder program, but I don't recommend using it, cuz it sucks balls! what you need to do is use XCC mixer and right click the shp you wish to modify, and the click copy as pcx... it will make around 600 pcx images each one named for example tratos 0001.pcx, then the next would b etratos 0002.pcx all the way up to like 650 or something like that. you have to edit frame by frame... then when you are done open XCC mixer and select all of them (select the first frame, then hold shift and click the last one) and right click and convert to SHP (TS) (if its a ts shp) or SHP if RA2 (i believe that is correct, someone correct me if I'm wrong)...
