How can I mod "AUTO-repair all buildings"?UFO12308:59 21-02-2004

How can I modify files to make "AUTO-repair all buildings" work?

what files under what mix files and what words do i need to look for?

I know there is auto-repair-all in red alert 2 or the like, because i played the custom made campaign that had.

I don't want to be a slave to repair them everytime buildings are damaged.
