It has no name, that is the problem of that translation files. They only are read in by the game, if they have the right ID or Offset or whatever. I dont know technical mix code, but i know, that theses files are in local.mix, that they have no name, and that they do not work, if I delete them, compact the mix, and reinsert the file after changing, so please add a function to fix!
You won't find that file, if you have the english language version, but there are several moore files, that are used for missions, or such things, to rename special units.
