I have one final suggestion for the next Mixer:

Could you add a new option under the Conversion menu that when enabled does this- for all shadow frames (ie frames at or after after Maxframes/2 - 1), any non BG color is converted to shadow color (#2 on pallete)? This option is already in OS SHP, and it's very useful. This would be useful since it's impossible to render the exact shadow color.

The process would then be:

Render TGAs
Convert to SHP
Resize

No JIR.
