I just had these lines in my hosts file:

127.0.0.1 localhost
62.93.200.61 servserv.westwood.com

but when I added this line:

62.93.200.61 irc.westwood.com

I could connect to XWIS through Westwood Online program.

Maybe you should make a new connection tool that adds both
62.93.200.61 servserv.westwood.com
and
62.93.200.61 irc.westwood.com
and also remove both of these lines when you press the Reset button in the connectiontool.
