Add the following code to the art.ini code of your unit:

Cameo=YOURCAMEO

Note: Change YOURCAMEO to the name of the file of the cameo without the SHP extension. I.e.: If you have a cameo called blahicon.shp, then the line will be:

Cameo=BLAHICON
