I'm creating a CSF editor, and I've some questions :
What are the bytes 5-8? In all the CSF i've seen, they have always the value of 3.
And just after the bytes " LBL", there is always a bit "1". Has it always this value?
And for the language codes : which are they? 0=english, 2=German, 3=French, and?
