WOL is only back because the DOS attack was stopped on the server - not because anyone did anything to fix it.
At the current location of the temp server - nothing much can be done to deal with DOS therefore we also have to wait till it is stopped on that server.
We will be discussing what can be put in place when WOL goes down forever soon.
