Unfortunately I do not think we have a case to put to the FBI. 1stly our site is hosted in europe - so i dont think the FBI would take action.
Secondly they were able to gain access to our site by a lack of security by our host, which also weakens our case.
We have in the past sought to take action against DOS attackers without much success but we will still report anyone that does so.

We are now moving to a more secure setup for both ST and XWIS.
