I have experienced something similar.
I usually go to XWIS to see if anybody is there.
Then i press RESET to go back to WOL, and then i cannot get in.
BUT if I then exit my firewall, I can get in.
Then: Alt/Tab and reactivate firewall: NO PROBLEMS.

Going directly to WOL (with firewall): NO PROBLEMS

(Sygate Personal Firewall)

Dont know why, but it works !
