Cant get the xcc accountrashid119:49 29-09-2004

hello
acually i am new user. I got the connection tool and when i run Tiberian run an di go to internet. I can see the xcc server but on the bottom it say that the serial number is invalid and also it say xcc login failed online..dont know what to do..same message in red alert2..i maybe i need a login name and password, i dont know where to get it or maybe the problem with the serial number....please help me out .....
