Does anyone here know how to change the version number reported on the main menu screen of YR? The word 'version' is controlled by a string, but I'm presuming that the 1.001 (or 1.000) is returned by the exe and could be changed by a bit of hex editing if you knew the offset of the bytes that control it. Since I plan on patching the exe anyhow for a mod I'm working on (to get 3 campaigns to work), I might as well bump up the version number to go along side the fact I'm inlcuding the 1.002 unofficial mini patch by marshall (guy who makes purple alert mod).
