I have tried Mixer 1.25. I have tried Mixer 1.40. I have tried other programs like Tiberian Sun shp converter. Nothing seems to work. I cannot view shp files. All I want is the damaged GDI/NOD/Civilian building images from Tiberian Sun. That's all. Perhaps someone else can view shp files. Could someone please email me gifs of those.
