I'm trying to play RA2YR on a home LAN via a broadband NAT router. I'd rather not mess around with IPX and add protocols I don't use (and possibly weaken the network). Instead...

Is it possible to connect the LAN via the 'Internet' setting on RA2, thereby using TCP ?

Could the XWIS tool work to make a local IP a 'dedicated' server ?

Alternatively, do you know of any 'mod' that adds TCP functionality to the 'Network' setting.
