Figured out how to extract and edit files but need help figuring out how to make the changes affect gameplay.
I know with rules.ini you just have to put edited file in the RA2 dir, but not sure what to do with edited cache from ra2.mix and art.ini file.
This is quickly becoming an obsession, for the sake of my sanity, HELP!!!!!!
