Really is that a fact.. I recall not even 2 weeks ago WOL was alive and well, and very much being able to connect to, Sure there were Spambots and Lobby Exploiters. But, there was also a group of People that were dealing with that problem, and I do recall they were doing an excellent job of it as well. I say RA2 and YR should have been left as it was and not give it away to someone just because they THINK they know how to run an IRCD. That's all it is, If that move had to take place, it would have been better off moving to Gamesnet or another Well Established sever with some history behind it. What happens when these XWIS people lose intrst and no longer want to run a gaming server.. We'll be left with nothing, do you really think EA is going to want to host it again?? Not Likely.. They didn't give a rats ass about RA2/YR players, which is why it was handed over to a Group of Nobodys in the First place, Yes.. It is a Sad Day Indeed for us that actually enjoy the Game.. Give it a Year, and LAN games will be what you are left with after XWIS bails. Go ahead, praise them them now, suck up as much as you can, I'm not buying. I think we were so much better off on WOL and I'm sure multitudes of other will agree with me.
