Your remark about reporting is irrelevant because you don´t know whom to accuse of cheating.
All data about the game in question is apparently lost and you have no proof.

And the subject discussed was:
Does anybody know if it´s possible to force the opponents computer to stop the running program and bring the "internal error"-pop up.
If so, it certenly must be considered as a "cheat" !
And maybe a programming-expert could create a prevention, - or way to detect.
