I decided to give "SuperAntiSpyware" (found at: http://www.superantispyware.com/index.html ) a try.
After installing, and NOT even run a scan yet, RA2 would not load !
I uninstalled and everything was back to normal.

Tried once again with the same result.

Unless anyone in this forum can bring a solution, this post is ment as a WARNING/advice against SUPERAntiSpyware.
