I have downloaded XCC mixer utilities. I can't open all files except Mixer.

I managed to see all files under local.mix but i can't edit the content at all.

Please advise how i can do it?

I read the forum and know that I need to extract the file and I did.
I then use notepad to edit.
Then, what? how do I put it back to the mix file since the file i edit is an INI file.

Please help.
