i have downloaded the xcc utilities in zip.
i open it and install.
iam creating my own mod and i want to put a banner in it.
i place the banner.jpg with size of 610x300x24-bit jpg. and save it in bz exe but when i open it the default banner is the one who appear. also it required the jpeg62.dll. so i must place my mod in xcc utilities folder all the time.
