Ok I must say i dont understand this error im getting!

"Application failed to start because jpeg62.dll was not found."

no i understand this is a dll which resides in the xcc folder..but what does this have to do with exporting my mod to an .exe as needed for hosting it.

must I include the dll into the xmcf file.??

because the mod only launches when its in the xxc utilities directory.
