> ok, i open the mixer....then i highlight the file, then open the sound editor then try 2 drag to the bag file window that opens & it wont let me drag.....now heres something i found out which could b my prob...im running windows vista, the file wouldnt extract to the right format so i used a friends computer that has Windows ME on it & got the file in proper format...could vista be the issue not lettin me drag over

You have to drag from Windows Explorer, not from XCC Mixer.
