I wonder if http://finalsun.wagnerma.de/yinger/showdownload.php?detail=3 is a GNU GPL violation, because it states it uses parts of https://code.google.com/p/xcc/ but is closed source Freeware itself. Having a look at the source might be interesting for a project like http://www.open-ra.org/ 2.0 with Red Alert 2 and Tiberian Sun support.
