Hehe, this takes a while, so if you don't want to do it, just wait for Olaf.
1. Move the first pcx file into a new folder. (C:\SlowPokeRulz\XCC\Stupid258ErrorFolder)
2. Rename the fille *-0000.pcx (*is the root name, ie BULD and - is the orgional number put into text, ie 0000 becomes zero, the endproduct would be BULDzero0000.psx)
3. Convert to shp.
4. Repeat for every pcx.
5. Convert each one of those new shps to pcx (GAH!, I know.)
6. Remove the - from each pcx file, and renumber the 0000 part to correspond with the old number(ie, BULDzero0000.pcx becomes BULD0000.pcx, BULDone0000.pcx becomes BULD0001.pcx
7. Convert to shp.
It's a pain in the ass to do with infantry, but much easier for buildings.
