I need to find out now or my monitor will have a... have a big hole in it!

When i use XCC Mod Creator/Launcher RA2 YR doesn't seem to read the rulesmd.ini file! Everything else is working (or so it seems, dunno about other ini files or cameos and voxels until the rules works) BUT THE RULES ONE ISN'T WORKING!!! Dunno if it's because of the update for YR which was released not that long ago but it hasn't worked since about then.
