ok i forgot to say the order i want the table. the top left of the table means the index used for forward and far down. as you go further right along the table you go further counter clockwise on the sphere of normals. as you go further down the table you go further up on the sphere of normals. so all numbers on one row of the table belong to the same latitude and all numbers on one column of the table belong to the same longitude.

i think this system is good because for instance the TS table since it is not scrambled would look like this.
