This infuriates me. i don't want to play on non-upgradeable hardware that uses a TV for graphics.

it is not just windows and dlls. it is not a windows-only problem. it is fundemental. if the user can play with the exe or the data they can hack it.

xbox won't stop cheaters- it just makes it more attractive a struggle. imagine xbox emulators on pcs, and the crowd who have already got into the xbox 'protected' harddisk etc.
