They're just names that were on Hadyn's list. He had the list divided between the technical people (Olaf, Will, Koen, DMZ, Moritz etc) and the 'Other merits' people. These two were in the second part, along with Deezire, Hadyn, Godwin and others.
I merged the lists and put them alphabeticaly to stop bias. There will be an explanation as to why people are there.

For Gellpack it says (Hadyn's words):
Sponser and webmaster to many cutting edge modders.{URL}

For Bramp:
Webmaster of a major site {URL} that is a popular mecca for the newbie modder.
