> It was a side effect of a fix they made to aircraft landing on water. These units you mention are not available by default to the user so they just said screw it.

so the orca transport(or any other)can no longer carry infantry, u gotta add the Carryall=yes tag to make it carry, but then it'll carry infantry on the outside, like vehicles, loading and unloading them one by one
