Yeah, I know, I just couldn't be bothered to type that bit, having already dones so for someone else a week or two ago.
Control Panel=>Add/Remove Programs=>Windows Setup=> tick Multilanguage Support, inset Win CD, install, restart Win. The the Cyrillic thing will turn crap into russian/hebrew/japanese etc. But it just turned Åͧæ into ЕН§ж which still looks like crap to me!
