Was supposed to re-upload this some time ago (beta 2 anyway), now here's beta 3. There are only two differences: the 3d view is now 50% faster and there is a working dir bug fixed.
There still is a bug in the 3d view (try rotating a vehicle all the way around), where it flips over, but besides that no problems.
