ok so yea heres my question
i was wondering if there is a way to create your own super weapons? like how HuntSeekSpecial charges up then allows you to utilize it.
for instance would it be possible to create one thats like a lightning storm using the lightning you see in the game when theres a ion storm to use against your oponent?

or (not sure about this) but meteorites?
falling from the sky down to your target?

i havent read or seen any info on this so this is why i am asking here since you all seem to have good knowlege of modifying the game.
