Hello all.

How do I edit a *.dat file? the is a mod we are playing called Devestation and its created with XCC software (i think) and basically we play this on the LAN all the time but want to edit the rules.ini file... any ideas how?

PLEASE NOTE!!! - This is purely for our use and have no intention of stealing or taking creadit for this mod as I know that CCRAMaster has obviously put alot of time and effort into this mod! - I have also mailed his to ask for permssion to tweak this mod for fairness reasons
