Now I'm using Win XP, and the Back button doesn't work in this forum at all! If I press it, it does go back, but all of the layout is lost, so it's too messy to use, and I have to close the window and open a new one.

It works fine for me. But I've seen the messy layout and it has to do with compression. It's probably a bug in IE itself.
