The sound editor doesn't work. I am using it on RA2 with Yuri's Revenge. I want to extract the prism tank firing sound, kirov drop bomb sound, explosion sound files as wave files.

I open the the sound editor and it remains blank. I can't play anything!! It's not working on the mixes. I can't find those tank firing sound files
