I have a small problem and I wish to know what causes it. I download certain skins (such as kg skins for GDI at www.xra2x.com) but when I put em normally in the data directory and play the game, the characters are COMPLETLY black! The skins were supposed to be urban, yet, like I said, appear all black with no graphics. Can anyone tell me what the cause of the problem is and how to correct it so I can make these skins work? (The skins are called "kginfantry", and since they come with screenshots, the're known to work...)
