Recently, I have found it impossible to insert new icons into my conquer.mix file. I acquired some new icons to use with my Tiberian Sun, and I figured that it would be a simple task to use the XCC Mix Editior to insert the .shp file into conquer.mix. However, upon loading the game, it crashes while loading with no error message. I tried it again with several other .shp files (removing failures before, of course), and all produced the same response. I then tried using the XCC Mixer to directly insert the icon into the .mix file, and that didn't work either. I actually used the long, grueling process involving Photoshop Pro described on this website, and that did nothing either. Assistance???
