Well since we've figured out that this 'magical' file only exists on your CD because you have a pirate copy, and was placed there by whoever made your CD so that you would know their serial number, there is really no hacking invloved, only pirating.
Anyway, I've remembered that you said this was your RA2 CD, and not YR, so of course it would be no use to me.
