How can building in TS appear in RA2?

How can building in TS appear in RA2? - XCC Forum

I am not skillful enough to make the SHPs by myself.
I am now trying to put the SHP files from TS to RA2 but still not sucess.
Can anyone tell me how to put the shp from TS to RA2 so that the building of TS can appear in RA2?
