Copy Theme.mix from either the Allied or Soviet CD to the game directory (eg D:\Westwood\RA2).
Using XCC Mixer, open Thememd.mix from the Yuri CD. Extract each Wave file (doesn't matter where to, so just do it to 'My Documents' or something).
Launch Mix Editor from XCC Mixer. Open Theme.mix.
Select the Yuri Wave files from 'My Documents' and drag&drop them into the Mix Editor. Click on Compact.
Don't do ANYTHING until the msg 'Compact done' appears at the bottom of the Editor window. Then close the Editor.
Rename Theme.mix to Thememd.mix.
Copy the following block of text into Notepad and save it as Thememd.ini within the game directory.
