I can't remember it myself, i did do it, and it was just as in the instructions... HOWEVER, it was for the old winamp 2.x...

Winamp 3.x doensn't support 2.x plugins.

There is however a 3.x plugin that allows 2.x plugins to work...

I use that.. however i'm not sure it will work... you can still pickup winamp v2 however, and all should be good...

Might be a differant problem entirely
