To convert an image from RA2 to TS, u need to know that SHP files rely on an external pallete, while PCX files have ther own built in pallet. With that in mind, select the correct pallet and extract the shp filees as pcx's. then, select the correct TS pallette and change the PCX's bak to SHP's. Do this for the main image and any active anims.
