Olaf just a couple of points for consideration:

1.If Player A is cheated by Player B and Player A's "evidence" shows this then Player B is reset by Strike Team - is there no way that Player A can be credited with either (a) his "lost" points or (b)awarded the win and the points that game was worth ?

2.I played a person today who uses a Second name as his first one was reset.I thought that their CD serial number was invalidated - it appears not !

3.How many times is a person reset before they are banned permanently if ever ?
