View the file in the XCC mixer, make sure the desired .shp pallete is selected, and right click on the file and select 'Copy as shp'.

For multiple frame shp's , take a whole bunch of properly named PCX's and select only the first one and convert to shp. To see how they are properly named, copy a multi frame shp as pcx's and see for yourself.
