To get the SS, during the game press Shift+S. You can do this how many times you want. I suspect you are using MF, then these SS's can be found in the Images folder in your RA2 folder. If it is a reconnection error, then you cannot take the SS using Shift+S, but have to use the 'Print Sc' key on your keyboard, then go to Paint and paste it. And remember, if you take SS's of prez users, make sure you get their name on it!
