dear people of xcc utilities,

after many months of searching for programs that can open .mix files for ra2, i stumbled upon this golden piece of software (top stuff guys!!!). however, upon reading your guide for adding music files to ra2, i discovered a problem. i took all of your steps, and dowloaded winamp3. i opened it, only to discover that there was no preferences window where it allowed you to add plugins!!! please help me, as i have found some really cool mp3s that i would love to add to ra2!!

p.s is there any way to save the pallet for an icon in photo impact 6? (i was going to download paint shop pro, but as i only have dialup, i couldn't really be bothered)
