Hey there
I dont think he is on XCL or part of the community - I think he has just played some XCL players which is why his name is on the ladder.
Please report him at http://www.strike-team.net/forums
If you have screen shots with his name on it showing him cheating we will be able to blacklist him.
Also if the proof is enough and you havnt played any more games since that game we will give you back the XCL points that you lost to him.
