OK, i downloaded this because it sounded like it was what i needed. (To combine more than on Rules.INI files) but maybe i read the description wrong. Anyways, i went to open the file but nothing hapens really. A black screen/window pops on the screen but not even long enough to make out anything on it. And i wanted to know if there was a tutorial on what to do with this or if you could tell me
