MF did not do this. RA2 is notorious for being this way...

Try this:

Uninstall ra2

click on Start>Run

type regedit and press enter

Now in the application that comes up, search for red alert 2. Delete ANYTHING that contains red alert 2. On of the keys contains an encrypted serial number, which is possibly defective or otherwise useless.

Now install ra2
